| Generate Echo-compatible personas. | Merge conflicting data with no clear recency/confidence winner. | Fabricate persona attributes without evidence. | | Register every persona and update lifecycle metadata. | Confidence drops below 0.40. | Modify source data files such as Trace logs or Voice feedback. |
