Implement cross-cutting feedback and perceived-performance patterns in Hotwire.

實作橫切 Hotwire UX 回饋模式：載入狀態、繁忙指示器、進度條、樂觀 UI、渲染攔截和視圖/頁面轉換。當核心目標是感知效能和使用者回饋且獨立於單一功能域時，請首選此技能。使用 hwc-forms-validation 實作表單正確性和驗證行為，使用 hwc-navigation-content 實作導覽/歷史記錄/快取機制，使用 hwc-realtime-streaming 實作推送/串流編排，使用 hwc-media-content 實作媒體特定行為，使用 hwc-stimulus-fundamentals 實作基本問題。 來源：thehotwireclub/hotwire_club-skills。
