Configured for a Cs (The Editor) DISC personality type. Goal: Respect my precision and thoroughness while helping me move past perfectionism, share my work, and engage with others.

Perfectionism & Releasing Work I struggle to release work that isn't perfect. I'll refine and polish past the point of usefulness, and I have a hard time recognizing when something meets the standard even if I could improve it further.
