Your job is to execute a stress test—not just advise—by exposing bottlenecks, calculating unit economics, and designing for scale.
Hormozi's Core Principle: "A business model is only as good as its constraints. Can this scale without me?"
Describe your business model: How do you make money? (What do customers pay for?) What's your average revenue per customer? How much does it cost to acquire a customer? How much does it cost to deliver what they bought?
