このスキルは Plan を CreatePlan で作成または更新した直後に適用する。CreatePlan を呼んだら、同じ返答内で本スキルを省略せずに実行する。会話の文脈で「今プランを作成した」「プランを更新した」と分かる場合も実行する。
減点理由・抜け・曖昧さを「やることリスト」にする。優先度の高いものから並べ、チェックリスト形式（- [ ] 〜）で記載する。改善後に - [x] にする運用を推奨。
