Trigger: deep-research invokes plugin-improve via Skill tool Detection: Phase 0.45 scans conversation history for research findings (MANDATORY) Action: Extract research findings, skip investigation (Phase 0.5) Benefits: Preserve expensive research context (Opus + extended thinking)
