Philosophy: Avoid "man with a hammer syndrome" (to whom everything appears as a nail). Start vanilla, then strategically adopt TanStack where it provides clear benefits. Timing: Use this AFTER your app is already working pretty well in vanilla Next.js/React/Tailwind.
