Human gates (default): 0 — fully autonomous, all gates are retry loops Human gates (--interactive mode): 2 (research + plan approval, owned by those skills) Retry gates: pre-mortem FAIL → re-plan, vibe FAIL → re-crank, crank BLOCKED/PARTIAL → re-crank (max 3 attempts each) Gate 4 (optional): post-mortem FAIL → spawn another /rpi cycle (enabled via --loop)
