Overview Claude can fully interact with Notion via the Notion MCP integration (preferred) or Playwright browser automation. Create pages, manage databases, organize workspaces, and maintain your knowledge base. This is the PRIMARY tool for LifeOS data storage.
Option 1: Manual Browser Login (Recommended) If you prefer not to share credentials with Claude Code:
